Highest yield of gas from chemical reaction

I would like to know which chemicals produce the largest amount of gas when they react with each other. The chemicals must be economical and the resulting gas must be safe for the environment.

Unfortunately, there can be no ignition, as they must mix and react in liquid. This invention requires the production of lots of gas bubbles.
