Balanced theoretical equations Mg+HCl, Al+HCl
« on: March 09, 2009, 09:21:25 PM »
In this experiment, 30mL of 1 M HCl was reacted with Mg of varying weights, and 20mL of 6 M HCl was reacted to varying weights of Al, can anyone help me write a balanced chemical equation with whole number stoichiometric coefficients for these two reactions? If more info is needed please let me know. Thank you desperately.

We will only help you out after you have tried. You can try guessing the products from the reaction, it is not difficult. Alternatively, google.
