So I'm trying to figure out which of these compounds have the least acidic protons? How do I know which ones are more acidic and which are not?
2-butanone, diethyl malonate, ethyl acetoacetate, ethyl acetate?

Look into the stability of the anions formed, the least stable will correspond to the least easily lost
