Hey just wondering if it would be safe to apply (2'Z,3'E)-6-bromoindirubin-3'-oxime (BIO) to your skin, what the effects of systematic absorbtion.

Same with Li(+). And what methods would be best for diluting these to safe proportions (like 1%?)
