i want to ask whuch one is major product , i think the answer is the one on the left , because of negative inductive effect, so carbocation on 2,3 not stabilize .

Yup, I've seen poor representations of reactions, but this is ridiculous!
OP - please go and download ACD chemsketch or MDL ISIS/draw, install and use them to create a legible reaction scheme - no-one can help you if they have no idea what you are asking...
