molecular mass
« on: March 24, 2009, 05:29:35 AM »
Hello

I don't know where to start this question.
Ethyl-ether has a pressure at 10°C of 38.90kP.
If you dissolve 4.16g of an organic in 80.7g Ether, then the pressure lowers by 1140P.
What is the molecular mass of this compound?
Thank you for any hint.
SH.
