I trying to synthesize ethylcoumarin-3-carboxylate and got to the part shown in the picture. How does the cyclisation occur?

Can you see any new nucleophiles / electrophiles? It may help if you draw the bond angles a little more realistically - for instance the aryl-olefin C-C bond seems a little askew.
