Hello,

I have a question about glycogen solubility. I have to dissolve glycogen to use for an enzyme assay. I have 2 questions about this-

When I dissolve glycogen in hot water, it dissolves but remains cloudy. So my question is if that is normal or is there any other way of getting a clear solution of glycogen.
