Alll Buddies,
Can any body guide me, that what chemicals can be used to kill the street rats. I tried Barium carbonate, Lead carbonate and even Potassium cyanide, but of no use. Please guide.

It will be hard to kill all vermin, in the environment outside of your home, with anything.  More vermin will simply arrive from other areas.  You should realize that.  If you thought there was a magic reagent to remove all of one type of vermin, I have to say, you were over optimisitic about the role of chemistry in day-to-day life.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.

If you kill enough street rats, maybe evolution will begin to favor again giant rats.

Maybe something similiar to Phoberomys pattersoni.
This rodent was only 3 meters long and weighed 700 kg.
