If my transmittance for a solution containing 1.00 mL ( this was diluted out of a 10 mL solution) of ASA stock solution is 63.1 % and I have to convert transmittance to absorbance.
So;
-log (percent of transmittance/100)
= -log (0.631)
=0.2
