What's the structure of atropine? Of tropine? How do they differ? Do you know any conversions that will change one to the other?

Atropine

Tropine

Post the starting and ending compound structures if you want help with your question!

Anyhow, there's a particular type of functionality between the bicyclic tropine structure and the rest of the junk you want to cleave off in atropine.  These things are easy to cleave, and once it's done, voila -- tropine.
