I cant find a disadvantage for using separately weighed ( about 0.2g) samples.
Could you let me know please?

I think you have already given it, you will have a greater percentage error if you weighed out separate 0.2 gram samples and then made the solution (plus, it will take more time) compared to weighing out 2 grams and then making up to 250 mL.
