The equation of EDTA with M
2+
(Mg or Ca) is:
M
2+
(aq) + Y
4-
(aq)
MY
2-
You got to have:
V(brine) = ?
(Dilution factor = ?)
c(EDTA) = ?
V(EDTA) = ?
