Textbook question: Edition comparision
« on: August 13, 2009, 06:30:20 PM »
Hi, My P. Chem class will be using Thermodynamics, Statistical Thermodynamics, & Kinetics by Thomas Engel and Philip Reid. Anyone know if the 1st edition will be a good alternative to the latest 2nd ed.? From my experience, the only things that change in the editions are the question order.

2nd Edition link

1st Edition link

Thanks

I use this text, and I am sure that at the level we are studying it wouldnt really matter. Its already heavily in depth.
