Anybody knows bout Sandell Kolthoff reaction?
i have read about the reaction but im afraid i cant find the exact amount of iodide i need to include in my sample before characterization

a journal says that the Sandell Kothoff reaction has also been applied to determine other elements based on their inhibitory effects.
what does inhibitory effects mean here?
if im using lead together with Sandell Kolthoff reaction can anybody tell me how the inhibitory effect works..please..
