= ?
Would 4300 be written as 4.3 x 10
3
or as 4.300 x 10
3
? Is it the first because there is no decimal after the zero. If it were 4300. it would be the second answer. Am I correct?

well actually you can write in both ways but it depends how many significant factors do you want..!
