What is the solubility of 4-acetylaminobenzoic acid in an acid and in a base?
I know that it has an amide and carboxylic acid group, however I am unsure of its solubility due to the presence of both these groups together.

Amide groups aren't all that basic or acidic. The solubility of your compound in watery solutions will mainly be determined by the acid as a function of pH.
