alright, i know this is simple but i need some expanation.

is the green precipitate formed by reacting ammonia and aqueous iron(ii) sulphate = iron(ii) hydroxide?

is it because aqueous solution contains OH+ , thats why the precipitate is iron(ii) hydroxide.

Correct me if i am wrong please.

reply asap, as i am having a chem exam in a few hours time.
