is there any differences between the spin of an electron and the spin of a nucleus??? ;D

Yes, there is a difference. Electrons have a spin of 1/2. Nuclear spin varies from atom to atom and even varies with different isotopes. Here is a page that shows some of the various spins of different atoms and their isotopes.
