Hi,
I run an enzyme kinetic assay and plotted the LB curve. My y-axis is 1/v in (absorbance/time) unit. How do i change this into ug to give a reasonable Vmax value?

You need to know the extinction coefficient of the substance whose absorbance you are measuring. Try constructing a standard curve to determine this value.
