help solving this problem (finding the number of molecules)

I know I have to multiply by Avogadro's number but I don't know where to begin / how to interpret those diagrams so a little help to get me started would be appreciated.

I don't think you have to multiply by Avogadro's constant, and just consider that the multicoloured blobs are methanol, the monocoloured oxygen. Then it's a simple limiting reagent problem

Well, in a) you seem to have 3 CH3OH and 3 O2, how many molecules of CO2 can you make here?
