    Hi sir,

please tell me which is the suitable material to adsorb Trichlorosilane gas,to absorb Trichlorosilane liquid.

Is the Lime is good adsorbent for Trichlorosilane gas adsorption, liquid absorption?

Is there any reaction between Lime and Trichlorosilane ,if there please give me the reactions, product,
 by product .

Please tell me what are the steps involved in  adsorber design.

            Thanking you sir.

Hi mannepalli,

You may want to try silica. I have read some papers which have used this method to absorb Trichlorosilane.

Give it a go in the lab, and see how efficient it is before trying to design an adsorber.

Best wishes,

Eugene
