Bubbles in electropolishing

 Is it any possibility of getting rid of bubbles form during an electropolishing process? ???

I thought that electropolishing is generally done using an air bubble source directly underneath the part to be polished.  This is done both to remove bubbles formed on the surface of the part and to present fresh electropolishing solution to the surface as it is polished.

Spin the device that you are electroplating and add a surfactant. IIRC that is what has had the best success for evenly electroplating electrodes with PbO2 for chlorate production.
