I have a problem with method analysis for cocoa..
i have a sample cocoa...the question is what method did we use to analysis cocoa..n then what specification (paramater) for cocoa...

Like Borek said, you're question is very vague and I'm not sure at what level to answer it. However, the link contains information from a commercial producer and lists the type of analysis they perform on their cocoa. It may be of help
