chemsketch (http://www.acdlabs.com/products/chem_dsn_lab/chemsketch/) names it as

1-chloro-3,6,9,12-tetraoxapentadec-14-yne

in other words: the alkyne where carbons are replaced with oxygens
Math and alcohol don't mix, so... please, don't drink and derive!
