Approximating shapes with Reducible Representation

I'm still struggling with visualizing.

Say, if I wanted to find the Reducible Representation for a T-shaped molecule, like ClH3 or ClF3 and I "approximate" it with C2v symmetry. What would be its reducible representation (for sigma bonds and maybe pi bonds in the py orbital)?

I find it hard to see the C2 axis, but my "guess" is 3 1 3 1, which would get me 2A1 + B1. For the pi bonds in py, I think it's doubled that.

Ideas?
