Concentrated hydrofluoric acid, if you're willing to obtain it most likely illegally, and some extra organs (you'll need em!) would dissolve the SiO turning the rest into a still hard mush, which is mostly lime and can react with common substances.

Though the wording of your post means you probably won't be able to obtain/handle that. There's another method that's possible with obtainable materials, but it's probably illegal, also slow, and just as deadly.
