I was woundering if anyone knows if fumaric acid is sold to the public as an ordinary ingredient that is added to a home made food or something... bit like tartaric acid is. I know fumaric acid can be used as a substitue for this acid as well as citric acid. Fumaric acid is a food acid that is added to food and used in baking and beverages... hmm can i buy a raw bag of the stuff somewhere? Chemists and health food stores ive asked at have no idea. Ofcourse chemical supplies tend to be rather expensive.
