They are virtually identical.
methylammonium, pKa 10.62
dimethylammonium, pKa 10.64

CH3NH2 (pKa = 10.66)is less basic than CH3NHCH3(pKa=10.73) ( Handbook of Chemistry and Physics) since 2 group of methyl with inductive effect make the electron pair on N more available -> easier for donation.
