Eukaryotic flagella is composed of microtubules in the "9+2" pattern.  Read wiki article.

In bacteria, yes.  I'm not sure if it is cytoskeleton though.

m in confusin ....will u all or ny1 help me out regardin..amino acid recognisation in slica tlc plate..
m usin its sprayin reagent but still its othr modified group dsnt recognisd as much i tnought so....
