Carbonate of Fe2O3
« on: February 26, 2010, 05:47:01 AM »
Apparently, Fe2O3 can form the carbonate FeCO3 by adding carbon dioxide.

But how does it get there?!

Does anyone know the equation to show how Fe2O3 reacts with Co2 to get FeCO3?!?!

Thanks a lot! :)

No, it can't. If anything, it could give Fe2(CO3)2.
