Solving Kp: I can't figure this out... Help Please

Cocaine is a weak base with molecular formula C17H21.NO4.
An aqueous solution was found to have a pH of 8.53 and an osmotic pressure of 52.7 torres at 15 degrees Celcius.
Calculate the Kp of this substance.   R- 62.36 L torr/mol.K
CoC(aq) + H20(l) <===> CoCH+(aq) + OH-(aq)
Kb=[CoCH+][OH-]/ [CoC.]

I know you can relate the osmotic pressure to the rate constant and temperature. I can't figure out how the Kb and Molarity would tie in. how about relating the Kc?

What about relating osmotic pressure to total concentration of all ions & substances present in the solution?
