how do I purify a thiosemicarbazone ligand?
«

I am trying to produce a semicarbazone ligand.
The melting point should be around 145 to 146 Celcius.
But the ligand that I obtained is around 196C.
I tried to purify it by washing with methanol.
Or is there any better method to purify my ligand?

This one is a bit old ( was just checking out your other posts ) but if you have this sort of question in the future, you might also cross post to:
