What's the O.N of Fe in this formula?

 :confused1: I don't understand how ferrate's roman numeral is (III) in this problem. How can you tell by looking at this problem? Al[Fe(c204)2Cl2]

Google. Oxalic acid is responsible for C2O4 part of the formula. Check the charge!
