Some of you have seen an earlier version of the video. Hopefully this one is slightly better, plus I added captions in case my English is difficult to understand.

Could anyone please let me know how to post in this forum? I'm a new member and don't see any option to post. It's just the rules before posting that pops up. Sorry for commenting on someone else's post.

You need to get into subforum first, there is no way to post anything at the top level.
