I did an experiment of bleach NaOCl and a orchid fertilizer, the reaction of this experiment were some execive bubles, what might the gas be? What on the fertilizer reacted with the sodium hypochlorite?

That is very, very vague.
I assume it was a nitrate. I am pretty sure that NaOCl decomposes on contact with ammonium nitrate.
