The solubility product (Ksp) of AgI at 25 oC is 8.5 x 10-17 mol2 L-2. Determine whether a precipitate will form if 1 x 10-3 g of KI(s) is added to 125 mL of a solution of AgNO3
whose concentration is 1 x 10-8 M. Mr(KI) = 166

What's the definition of K

The way of the superior man may be compared to what takes place in traveling, when to go to a distance we must first traverse the space that is near, and in ascending a height, when we must begin from the lower ground. (Confucius)

Find Ionic product.

If I.P.>Ksp,
A precipitate would be formed.
