Will MnO2 dissolve in concentrated nitrate acid? Will it go from Mn4+ to Mn2+ during dissolving?

Well, HNO3 is an oxidising agent....so i think Mn4+ will not get reduced. I'm not too sure, so please let me know if I am wrong
