Is it possible to get a complete ionozation of a weak base, kb=1.8x10-5, if it is mixed with an acid dissolution?

Depends what you mean by complete - below common, quick detection methods, sure.
Although, you did say a weak base and an acid? It'd have to a super weak, dilute acid then and an even weaker base.
