Determining Dipole-Dipole Forces and London Forces

How can you tell if a molecule's intermolecular force is dipole-dipole or London?

In general, are polar molecules considered dipole-dipole and nonpolar molecules considered London?

And can one molecule have BOTH dipole-dipole and London forces? If so, in what instances - how can you tell?

Well usually you can say that a polar molecule's intermolecular force is diople-diople and a nonpolar molecule's intermolecular force is the London force. However, if you fully understand the nature of London force, you can also see that polar molecules also exhibit London force.
