Photolysis of Sea Water
« on: July 29, 2010, 01:07:56 AM »
If 1L of Sea Water is subjected to an hour of 100Watt germicidal UV or Xenon Flash(broadband) lamps what type of reactions will take place?

I understand that most of the organic molecules will be broken down(aka digestion?) but what will happen to the inorganic stuff and the dissolved gases like O2, CO2 etc.
