Can Carboxymethyl Cellulose Ether be used as anesthesia?

Hello,
I found carboxymethyl cellulose Ether on ebay. Please tell me can it be used as anesthesia?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320357673509
I know that ether can be used as opiate, but I'm not sure about this 'carboxymethyl cellulose'...
Thanks

No.
And better don't try things you have no idea about.

the 'ether' part of carboxymethyl cellulose ether refers to a functional group, not the anaesthetic compound.
and no, dont try it. your post is a bit rapey to say the least.
