Hiz...i have came across this question about buffer solution during my reoprt writing. Here's how the question goes:

What is the shelf life of Buffer solutions once they are opened for use?

The buffer solution i use in that experiemnt is of pH4, pH7 and pH10.


This what i thought: the shelf life shall be somehow affected by the environment, highly acidic or just acidic or other. I have search through the net, they say a buffer solution would have a shelf life of 1 year, but i assume they are refering to it as not been opened, so i really couldn't get a clue about this question.
