Vague Question:  All  about Cyanoacrylates (methyl or ethyl)

I am looking for any and all info related to the manufacturing of Cyanoacrylate.  As far as i have been told, and it makes sense to me, the majority of CA is made overseas in China, and receive additives and mixtures by other distributors/ manufacturers down the line, including here in the states.  I have been in talks with many private labelers whom themselves get private labeled.  Where does this spider web trace back too?

Does any of this have any truth?  I understand what each additive in CA does (tack, open, viscosity, etc), but i am looking for someone with knowlede of the actual polymerization to CA.

Any other general info on the subject is welcome as well.  I have read the wikis and the other well known sites with some explanation but i was looking for a first hand account and knowledge to expand my own expertise on the subject.
