electrolytes and conductivity? helpppp

When ionic compounds are dissociated in water, such as NaCl, NaI and CaCl2, what determines the magnitude of conductivity? assuming the same amount of each solute is added to the same amount of H2O

basically, why does NaCl dissolved in water conduct electricity better than the other two?
