How do i graph BP or VLE curve?
« on: September 29, 2010, 05:45:46 AM »
Hi~
I just distilled 17.5g of ammonium acetate (mixed with 500ml of distilled water,pH: 7.23) at temp. 105 celcius. The distillate (acid left) is 85ml pH:5.29. Left over water is 200ml pH: 8.69 (by the way only 300ml was used out of 500ml). Now after diluting the two (acid and water) in a ratio of 9:1.... 9(water):1(acid) and 9(water):1(left over water)... I put the solution into the LC simulator and after calculation... the acid came out to be 96g/L. Now if i wanted to graph this how would i do it?
