Hi.

I am trying to find some diffusion coefficients for my excersices. I was looking since a few days into the online literature and certain books and could not find anything. Basically, I need the diffusion coefficient of SiO vapor into an Argon gas atmosphere at around 1000 °C. I thought that the methology of Si is well studied but it seems I cannot find this type of coefficient.
I am sure there must be something at the internet.
Maybe someone of you could help me or give a hint to find it.
