Dear sir, For my research purposes I want to synthesis 4- amino salicylic acid. In my university we have only Phenol, benzene, Toluene, Salicylic acid, Aniline like general chemicals. We don't have specific chemicals. How can i do this?

Without any general reagents, you won't get far. But basically, synthesize 3-aminophenol from either your phenol or aniline compounds, then carboxylate that to get 4-aminosalicylic acid.
