Concentration of Ions

Hi,

I need help figuring out the molar concentration of OH- ion in this problem. The other three concentrations are correct. This is due at 11pm tonight :o

Start with writing the whole equation. Also, is precipitation formed in this reaction?

If you don't know yet what solubility product is, this is just a limiting reagent question.
