It is not a homework
, I'm a physicist and I'm interested in finding a reaction that has the form:
A + B -> 2C
I mean: a molecule of sometingA reacts with a molecule of somethingB and both are transformed into somethingC. Perhaps this is a trivial question for a chemist, but I found no answer myself.
Why I need this? I work on physical properties of bio-chemical systems, and I study them by numerical calculations. See

http://www.physorg.com/news201171540.htmlUnfortunately, the real bio-chemical system cannot be isolated from the cells, in order to compare the results of my calculations with experiments. But I found that some more simple reaction can work as well; it will include the reaction I described before. I know that this can seem strange for you...
thank you in advance!
